I was so disappointed with this yesterday, because I tried to draw something all day long but couldn't come up with anything good. Now that I look at it it's not so bad...I was trying out new things after all.

Basic Photoshop CS5 brushes with some adjustments to scattering effect. Also a free paper texture stock from webs.
