A Calendar of Tales project. [link]
graphite, pencils, gold ink and photoshop, 70 cm x 40 cm.

I really liked the October tale, at the moment I don't exactly know why. Obviously I love stories about humans meeting mythical beings, in this case, a Djinn, but it is a nice story about complexity of encounters and time. That is how I understood it.

Humans overvalue eternity in life and love, so they forget the moment.

oh goodness, this is great!
it's maybe a little weird but i like the stark white space so much... like how it meshes effortlessly with the very textured rest of the picture.
